Voltora was commissioned to transform a heritage-listed character home in Ascot, seamlessly blending its historical charm with modern functionality. The client sought a sophisticated yet sympathetic electrical upgrade to support contemporary living while maintaining the home’s traditional aesthetic.

The scope of works included installing infrastructure for modern amenities like a generator, EV chargers, as well as enhancements such as a external feature lighting and provisions for future upgrades. Key elements like heritage switch plates ensured the home’s timeless appeal remained intact.

Mastercraft Roofing:
Raynham Street

Voltora has successfully completed another significant ducted and split system installation. Our client opted for a 35kW and 44kW ducted system, making it a standout feature in their main open-plan areas, which we absolutely love!

We were in charge of:
• Supply and Install of 1x 44kW & 35kW Temperzone Ducted Air Conditioning Systems
• Supply and Install of 4x Panasonic 2.5kW Wall Hung Split Systems
• Design, Supply and Installation of solid ductwork throughout.

Surrounded by stunning panoramic views and with exquisite architecture designed by Marc and Co, this luxury home needed the latest in automation, network solutions and smart home integration. Voltora’s team took care of the full home electrical fit out for this inspiring project in the rolling hills of Brisbane.

200A Switchboard Upgrade:
Aspley

Our team conducted electrical works onsite at Aspley with a 200A Mains Upgrade and CT Board Installation.

This recent project saw us responsible for the following works:
• 140m Under bore of a driveway easement
• Coordination of the upgrade of an Energex Pillar
• Supply & Installation of a 200A CT Main Switchboard
• Supply & Installation of 240mm 3 Phase Mains
• Reconfiguration of the existing switchboard’s

Alpha Building and Constructions:

Voltora was tasked with executing a comprehensive electrical installation project in Clayfield, Brisbane, encompassing various essential components. The scope of work included Power distribution, Lighting solutions, Integration of a cutting-edge 10kW Fronius Solar System, Deployment of a state-of-the-art Bosch, Intrusion Alarm System and Implementation of a sophisticated Dahua CCTV System.

Thallon Mole Group placed their confidence in Voltora Industries for handling all the electrical components during the renovation of this old Queenslander. Enthusiastic about the captivating design presented by a modernised transformation of the home, the team were eager to embrace and tackle this project head on.

MCD Construction entrusted Voltora Industries with installing and optimising all the electrical components in this renovation project.
The contemporary design of the property to be renovated had an intriguing design that challenged the Voltora electricians in the best way possible. The result was an electrical services job finished to an impeccably high standard.

In partnering with Gray Light AU design we were able to inject this beautiful East Brisbane property with a new life. The quality of the electrical work will ensure extended use for years to come.

Brooklyn Donuts:
Basalt Street

Brooklyn Donuts Queensland, engaged Voltora Industries to help them become more energy efficient at their Head Office by installing a commercial solar power system.
The team designed a 65.5kW system consisting of 131x 500W Solar Panels & 2 x 30kW three Phase Inverters to assist in reducing Brooklyn Donuts power bill.

Hyperion Technology:
RBMS School Zones

Hyperion Technology have been working with Voltora Industries for many years. On this electrical services project they entrusted us to design and fabricate school sign speed camera cabinets. This was for their collaborative work with the Queensland Government on their Road Safety Campaign to combat speeding in School Zones.

Tomkins Commercial:
Vantage

Tomkins Commercial delivers tailored small to medium-sized industrial warehouses including this one at the new Vantage Yatala Industrial Estate.

Voltora Industries was lucky enough to do the electrical fit-out of this project which included:

• Installation and wiring of high bay lighting.
• Emergency exit, main switchboard, lighting, sensors, electricals in the kitchen and bathrooms.
• Pre-wire office space, mains cabling, Warehouse Distribution Board and Pump Room Distribution Board and installed lighting and power in the Fire System Pump Room.

BDE Constructions:
The Index

The Index Cigar Purveyors opened its doors in December 2021, where they sell and store only the finest cigars in their custom-made Humidor based in Windsor, QLD.

Voltora not only completed the full shop fit out including all lighting Installation, automation and control, access control, intrusion alarm, and CCTV but also worked on the design and construction of the Humidor through the air conditioning and humidifying. The specifications for the Humidor were to be at 20^oC and at 66% humidity all year round. Working together with the Founders and other specialised contractors, we were thrilled to be able to achieve this as accurate to less than 1%! What an accomplishment!

Ingenia Rental:
Durack Rental Community

Ingenia Rental Communities engaged Voltora Industries to design, supply and install a 99.99kW Solar System at one of their villages based at Durack. Consisting of 266x Trina 390W Panels and 2x Sungrow 50kW Commercial Inverters. This installation involved full design and structural engineering to meet all the relevant standards due to the installation being installed on to Trimdeck Insulated Panel Roofing.

The installation was complicated with panels being installed across 11 roofs. The installation was completed within 2 weeks from commencement of the project. On average, our client is generating around 3 Mega Watt Hours of production per week.

Ingenia Rental:
Brisbane North Rental Community

Brisbane North Rental Village in Aspley entrusted Voltora Industries to install street and carpark lighting throughout the complex.

This was a large project which started with laying down conduit and cable, then installing 57 x 20W LED Street Lights which included installing the galvanised poles into the ground with rag bolts and concrete. Upgrading to LED lighting means the Village can now save more on their power bill.

Wilson Pork Co:
Windera

Wilson Pork Co, a Pig Farm in Windera, QLD, engaged Voltora Industries to assist them to become more energy efficient by installing the largest solar power system possible whilst still being able to maintain their STC Rebate.

This system was also to be installed on to an open machinery shed that had a roof that was 50 metres long. The team designed a 99.9kW system consisting of 222x 450W Solar Panels & 4x Inverters to assist with the customer reducing their power bill.

Chambers Flat Rental Community

Ingenia Rental Chambers Flat entrusted Voltora Industries to install street lighting throughout the complex.

This was a large project which started with laying down conduit and cable, then installing 16x 6M Solar Poles into the ground with rag bolts and concrete.
Upgrading to solar lighting means the rental village can now save more money on their power bill.

Bailey Print Group is one of Brisbane’s leading digital printing and signage companies. Voltora installed an 81.6kW Solar System for their business in Salisbury, QLD which has saved them 2 thirds of the cost of their previous power bills.
